The Gerrish Township Board would like to remind all that Gerrish Township provides Zoom meetings and subsequent YouTube archival for Gerrish Township Work sessions, Gerrish Township Regular Board Meetings, Public Hearings and Planning Commission meetings. Further, Gerrish Township Special meetings that occasionally happen due to timely operational decisions regarding the authorizing of expenditures between usual board meetings may or may not be zoom as we contract with a third-party vendor to provide the technical services. If we are unable to set it up with our contractor, they will not be zoomed or archived. We will always try to get it arranged, however sometimes the vendor is not available to provide the service.
Law does not require us to provide zoom or YouTube archival for our meetings, however we feel it important to do our business of deliberating and deciding in public. We appreciate your understanding.
