Gerrish Township has now received the latest of the Short-Term Rental Ordinance and now release Draft A.4 (See Below Document) for the public consumption and review. The Ordinance has not been enacted as there will be a Public Hearing to received public comment on January 6, 2026 @ 6:00 p.m. at the Gerrish Township Municipal Center. The hearing will also have Zoom availability to attend remotely.
